TL;DR

ZipKit is free to use. We make no warranties. Use it at your own risk. If you abuse the service, we may cut off your access. That's the whole thing.

Acceptance

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Acceptable use

You can use these tools for any lawful purpose, personal, commercial, educational, or professional. No attribution or permission required. We do not limit the number of times you can use any tool. We do not put tools behind accounts or paywalls.

What you may not do

• Use the tools for illegal activity, including but not limited to creating content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to access our server in ways not exposed through the normal tool interfaces (e.g. exploit scanning, authentication bypass, admin panel brute-forcing).
• Send automated high-rate requests that degrade service for others without permission. Reasonable scripted use for your own personal work is fine; sustained DDoS-level traffic is not.
• Scrape our catalog and republish it as your own product. Wholesale rehosting of the brand or content is not permitted.
• Copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer our source code in whole or in part without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer our admin panel to access anything you shouldn't.

No warranties

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If a tool produces an incorrect result, corrupts your data, or crashes your browser, we accept no liability. Do not rely on our tools for safety-critical, legally-critical, or financially-critical work without independently verifying the output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any circumstance is capped at the amount you paid to use this service. Since the service is free, that amount is $0. We have no financial relationship with you and therefore nothing to refund.

Intellectual property

The code, design, and content of this site are owned by the operator. All rights reserved. You may use the tools as an end user, but the source code, UI, and content of this site may not be copied, mirrored, redistributed, or used as the basis for a derivative product without our written permission.

Third-party content

Some tools may include or link to third-party resources (font files, placeholder APIs, documentation). We are not responsible for third-party content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms in the future. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Termination

We may block access from specific IP addresses or regions if we detect abuse. You may stop using the site at any time by closing the tab. There is no account to delete.

Governing law

Any legal dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the site operator is domiciled.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
